For your Physical Health:
With gym’s closed many of us are struggling to find an at-home alternative that we actually enjoy. Not all of us have the luxury of an at-home gym – but that doesn’t mean we can’t make the best of the situation. So many of our favourite fitness instructors have turned to online platforms to make sure everyone is still getting in a daily sweat. Here are a few we have noticed posting online workouts or hosting Live workouts on social media, Acro Academy, Strongher Fitness and Spitz Fitness. Have some littles that need to burn some energy? Cosmic Kids is an amazing way to get the kids moving. Their amazing Yoga videos make sure the kids are exercising while maintaining a sense of calm.
Still bored? Many Universities such as Yale are offering free online courses! Download an app to start learning a new language or watch tutorials on Youtube. While our current situation may not be what we are used to, we can certainly make the best of it! Seeing all these online resources pop up has been fantastic. We may not be able to come together physically but what technology is still allowing us to do is pretty incredible!
